M2K Swastik - DDJAY plotted development & M2K Galleria – SCO plots were launched successfully leading to sale of 90% of the stock in both projects. More than double the number of lead generation happened through digital marketing campaigns and first time in the company’s history, 18% bookings were done directly. We also improved marketing & sales team performance by using Systems and SOP’s like Daily / Weekly Targets, MS Calendar, Weekly team reviews, daily 30 minutes intensive planning etc.

• Conceived and executed digital and local outdoor media focused, very successful marketing campaign on the central theme of “Invest in plots to fulfill your dreams "for DDJAY projects M2K Swastik in Dharuhera. 80% budget was allocated to digital platforms. • A successful digital marketing campaign was done for selling slow moving inventory of large Penthouses in our project “Victoria Gardens” next to Model Town Delhi. Sold 50% of the remaining inventory. • M2K Galleria SCO plots (Dharuhera) marketing campaign on the theme “Your lifetime asset for perpetual returns” was successfully done.
SOCIAL INITIATIVES
During Covid times, M2K Foundation distributed 1000 food packets everyday across Delhi, 5000 food packets every day in GP Dhana, Gurugram and during second wave, a camp organized in Rohini of 70 beds provided oxygen support to help the needy.
