Having been part of the company for nearly 15 years, I ensure our agency’s accountability to our clients and cross selling of various services to increase Customer lifetime value for the company. I lead NBD team for our agency. On an average we bag a new client every month in real estate & ancillary sector. Graphisads is positioned as a one stop shop providing all services to the clients as per their marketing requirements. Starting from creating a logo, printing a visiting card to launching their projects, we do it all.
As large Live Events stopped, we have focused on Virtual Events. Following this practice, we would like to extend use of Internet and other social media platforms to prosper our business. Hence I have introduced use of more social media options in my interaction with my staff to bring in more efficiency in work output.
NOVEL STRATEGIES & PRODUCTS
We introduced advertising on Street Furniture items in outdoor media as the Unipoles and Bus Shelters in Delhi was proving to be expensive for many clients. We started Rotational Advertising Campaigns and Barter campaigns which helped our clients manage their cash flow better.
WE BELIEVE IN DETERMINING OUR CAPABILITIES IN EVERY SITUATION AND WORK BACKWARDS TO MOVE FORWARD. WE FOLLOW MARKETING IN THE BUSINESS PLANNING PROCESS FROM THE VERY BEGINNING.
We started Full pages on Page 2 for leading publications, this was considered to be a dead inventory for media, but Real Estate started using it extensively. We introduced Advertorials for many of our real estate clients as the advertorials looked more like news items and readers could relate it much better. We introduced many clients into Email marketing and SMS marketing which were highly effective. One of the most memorable highlights have been our events in partnership with leading media brands.
MOST SUCCESSFUL MARKETING CAMPAIGNS
For Paras Buildtech’s project, Paras Quartier launch a big plan was to be executed on a cut throat level competition basis within a limited time constraint. A media Mix of Broadsheets, Magazines and Outdoor was executed on war footing. More than 30 sites displayed in Gurgaon & Delhi, just one day prior to launch as a teaser campaign out of which on 10 identified Sites innovation was done. Each innovation costing 2.5 lacs approx.
