Manish introduced E.G. FastTrack is an bi-annual T&D programme for fresh MBAs to re-train for 2 months for marketing concepts, in a simulated work environment.
During the first lockdown, Alchemist & its RE division, Clay, created e-talk-show, Clay Dialogues and interviewing 16 real estate industry leaders. Alchemist grew by 25% even during the Covid year and 3 of its new clients were those who had met Alchemist first on the show.

Alchemist incubated and for 5 years now, continues to handle the brand, Aavas Financiers, known to be the fastest growing small finance company. He insisted the board to re-look at their vision on the human grounds of providing housing for the under and un-served markets in geography and demographics. The strategy has delivered both outstanding financial and socio-economic returns.
MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS
Manish was the youngest Media Director in the country at Everest and youngest Head of sales & Marketing in a TV channel [Vijay TV]. As MD at Starcom, world’s largest media agency, he took it from No. 7 to No. 2 media agency in India and diversified Starcom to 4 other verticals, Entertainment, Digital, Sports, OOH. Created XRBIA, a young affordable RE brand.
