Drishti is an in-house development of sales management system. In Drishti app. we monitor daily Calls and Key performance parameters of each and every sales executive. Branch Manager can give feedback through dashboard in this app and guide Officers for improving quality of calls with customer. Order Management System (OMS) will help officers to commit time slot in advance to customer for their better site management, predict sales and improve asset utilisation. Moreover, digital Schedule is accessible to Officer, BM and ZH for better communication and coordination. Online Order can be booked for future so that better planning can be done based on volume of orders. OMS software is unique in the industry and it offers comfort to customers, for planning and avoiding excess payment to labour and improve labour productivity. The company can collect fresh order as sales team have full access/ control in planning.

And on the basis of their value creation target as execution, help us to improve efficiency of sales team and productivity per sales officer which yield better profitability of company. We also pursue customer feedback, influencer management for demand generation. We currently use NPS score for measuring marketing initiatives.
