Three booked for illegal construction in Waluj
Based on a complaint lodged by Cidco, three realtors have been booked by the police on charges of cheating people by carrying out illegal marking and construction on a prime land in Waluj. The land parcel falls under the jurisdiction of City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra (Cidco) and as per norms, it is essential to get required clearance from the Cidco before demarcation and construction on any of the piece of land or plot in the area. Also read http://realtyplusmag.com/how-shared-spaces-are-making-money/ According to the MIDC Waluj police, Cidco official Gajanan Ramkrishna Satote (52) lodged a complaint stating that following an input, he along with his colleagues visited the spot and found that the marking plots auctioned by Cidco sans permission. The official, in his complaint, said the realtors were developing wrongly-marked plots and constructing houses on them for sale. The spot visit and verification was carried out around three months ago in December 2018.
