Mantri Developers appoints Nishanth Vishwanath as CEO – Retail & Commercial Leasing
South India based Mantri Developers Pvt. Ltd has announced the appointment of Nishanth Vishwanath as the CEO - Retail and Commercial Leasing. Mr. Vishwanath comes with over 17 years of experience in business management and will be overlooking the commercial and Retail business of Mantri Developers. He joins Mantri Developers from Marriott International where he spent nearly two decades of his career. His job responsibilities would include strategizing and positioning the company’s retail business in addition to managing the commercial portfolio and tenant relations, the company informed. Mr. Vishwanath is known as the turnaround expert and has essayed a pivotal role in catapulting properties like JW Pune and JW Bangalore to their present stature. In his last assignment, Nishanth Vishwanath worked as General Manager at Marriott. His experience includes working with other renowned ventures by Marriott group like JW Marriott Pune, JW Marriott Bengaluru and Renaissance Mumbai Convention Centre& Marriott Executive Apartment. He brings with himself the commercial acumen and customer centricity of a hotelier.
