Getting facilitated by a prestigious publication is always an incredible feeling. Right now, the real estate industry needs motivation both from government and media. What are your strengths? Central Park has been the first one to open the gateways for Sohna Road in Gurugram as a new housing destination. Our strength lies in delivering what is expected from us, to our customers. How do you drive and motivate your team? The company makes sure that maximum opportunities are given to the employees for professional as well as personal growth. Decisions are taken after considering the suggestions from the team. We also endeavor to keep our employees and their families motivated. What has been the turning point of your career? Starting Central Park at Golf course road (Gurugram) which was the first upmarket luxury condominium and getting the huge response for it. What is the USP of your company? We focus on quality rather than quantity. For instance, at our we deliver three and four newspapers to the residents of 3-bhk and 4-bhk respectively. In addition, there is a launderette to cater to 1800 families, car wash facility, housekeeping services, cycling, pet hotel and conservatory among other luxury services. The global practices and eco-friendly architectureare followed. What is the advice you would like to give to the young developers? The message to new generation entrepreneurs is to hold on the core values of entrepreneurship which are hard work and perseverance. Most importantly, delivering the best to the consumer will bring their trust and investment in return for you.
