In an exclusive interview with Piyush Nyati, Director, Nyati Group, who won Young Achievers’ Award. He talks about company USP and trends with Realty Plus How do you feel after winning the Realty Plus Award? It feels really great as well as encouraging to have received this award. I would like to thank everyone on behalf of our company the Nyati Group. It is a great feeling when the industry recognises and appreciates the effort you put into business. Has it raised the bar of expectation from you for the future? Yes, I do believe that every achievement comes with more responsibility, to keep on doing betterthan before. My whole focus, going forward, will be to excel in everything we at Nyati Group do to ensure we give our consumers a quality life through the homes we provide. Do you think the jury process was transparent? The jury comes with rich experience in the field. I am sure the jury has evaluated all candidates on several parameters before taking the final decision. What are your biggest trends? My focus has been to better the processes and bring in technical advancements into business. Be it setting up different teams to smoothen the work or introducing ERP system or quality certifications, the idea is to create a brand that people admire and trust. Also, it is important to meet your deliverables in time to bring value-addition. This is the key focus area. How do you drive and motivate your team? By being a team player. It is important to engage with your team members, understand their perception, hear their ideas and motivate them to perform better. What has been the turning point of your career? The turning point of my career has been the launch of one our Projects Nyati Elan-a 40 acre township in the Eastern Region of Pune in 2014, wherein for the first time we brought out the magnitude & scale of a project all over Pune & Mumbai and thus attained the highest number of bookings. Nyati Elan was purely designed for those who not only wanted to live a deserving lifestyle in the comfort of their homes but also wished to enjoy amenities that are of international standards and live in a gated community. What is the USP of your company? Quality and transparency. Our company enjoys a strong goodwill in the market and that is because our product speaks for itself. What is the advice you would like to give to upcoming and young developers? Valuing human relations is the key to any business. Be it your team members, your channels partners or the customers, success lies in how you manage your relationships without losing the eye on business. Both go hand-inhand. Also, adapting new technology into real estate can give some miraculous results. Instead of doing things twice set up systems for the same. In the end, as a developer you should inspire people with your ideas by shaping them into reality.
