Winning an award is an honour. Please express your views on winning the award by Realty Plus? It’s an amazing feeling for me personally and for the company! ....And to win two awards consecutively in two years is a true testimony of a team that has worked hard and we are absolutely aiming to win many more such awards from Realty Plus. Do you think the jury process was transparent? This jury has one of the most famous people of our industry and all these people are of very high integrity. Winning an award from this jury is truly special. Can you name one thing that makes your project unique as compared to other similar projects in your city? We have two core values - Trust & Design. All our stakeholders feel these two values in every touch point / transaction / communication. We feel that these two values are the origin of all USP’s of our company. Our products are loved for design and ours projects are loved because people trust our brand! Motivation helps in encouraging the team to move forward. How do you motivate your team? We have always believed in our tag line ‘we love what we do’ and that is in our work culture. We work with passion and positive energy and this combination is highly infectious. We derive strength and motivation from each other and that propels us to do things that we can be proud of!!!
