As a Company we’ve won several awards, but as individuals it’s our first award. And we are very proud of this award. It’s a very special moment for both of us. Has this award raised the bar of expectation from you, for the future? Yes it has indeed and we are geared up for the same. Do you think the jury process was transparent? Without any shadow of a doubt. What are your biggest strengths? Our business and market understanding. Being up-to-date with the latest technology, design and quality parameters give us the added edge. How do you drive and motivate your team? We have an ecosystem, where people get enough motivation and support to do things differently. Where ideas are welcome. Innovation and creativity are highly regarded and rewarded. What has been the turning point of your career? Launching of Redifice Developers was the turning point of our careers. What is the USP of your company? Our excellent project locations and unmatched after sales service are our USPs. What is the advice you would like to give to upcoming and young developers? We are only a few years old in the business, and have a long way to go ourselves. But our one advice, from experience, to all our upcoming realty friends is to stay focused, and no matter what the difficulties, never give-up.
