I entered the profession in 2001. How would you define the industry today? The industry is going through a correction mode; which was required for the betterment of the industry. Another 12 to 18 months will see further correction. What steps do you take to regularize the brokers market from your end? We primarily work with leading Hospitality and Retail brands and developers and this sector is more evolved. Any celebrity/famous clients you would like to mention? We have worked with L&T, Tata Housing, Armani Casa, Godrej Properties and CPN. What are your strengths as a broker? We approach our business in a structured way and all our deals have value addition from our side. Do you have a portal? Are you on the social media? No I am not available on the online medium as yet. Do you provide after deal service? If yes, for how many months post a deal is closed? We love to forge relationships with our clients and are always there to assist even post conclusion of deal. Do you provide free assistance to your clients in paper work? We work with our clients on term sheets and agreements that is part of our value addition. Do you provide detailed records of the property prior to your deal? Yes we ensure that we provide all the mandatory and precise records required prior to the finalisation of any deal we enter into. Do you feel the brokers market needs to be more organised? If yes, what do you think is the need of the hour? I believe that the brokerage business should mandatorily be licensed.
