In an exclusive interview with Aniel Kuumar Saha, CMD, SAHA Groupe, who won ‘Scroll of Honour’ award from Realty Plus How does it feel to receive the scroll of honor from Realty Plus? Currently I and my team are unequivocally rejoicing the moment. This award has assigned us with a responsibility of raising the standard, and it has motivated us to come up with excellent work in future. What are your strengths? Saha Groupe in its quest to deliver quality and value for money to its customers has always delivered its projects on time. At Saha Groupe we have an excellent management team. Their dedication towards performing with the name and commitment to the customers has cemented them at a much superior level than their counterparts. We always look forward to new challenges and attain fresh heights to maintain this supremacy. How do you drive and motivate your team? We always work in a team and value each other’s opinion. We are essentially working hard so that our growth gets added to our customers’ growth. SAHA Groupe is like a family; there is no differentiation here. Our main aim is to grow the hard earned money of the company and its customers, and that we have achieved and still maintaining it with our dedicated work ethos. What has been the turning point of your career? Being an architect and later coming in real estate industry was my turning point. What is the USP of your company? To make the dreams come true of as many people as we possibly can. To take the company to the highest level and touch the sky but at the same time, be grounded as well. Our work ethic emanates from the hard earned insight that to give our esteemed customers unparalleled standards of sublime luxury, we must willingly sacrifice our own luxuries and comforts, and labour incessantly out there, passionately supervising the creation of our masterpieces, from start to finish. Excellence, in its true essence, is a journey that begins one step ahead of the existing benchmark. What is the advice you would like to give to upcoming and young developers? I would say keep it simple, understand the work culture and be dedicated towards your work.
