Yes, several of our clients have taken a note of this award and are expecting us to better our standards. Now our focus would be to enhance ourselves, not only on our service levels but also on the scope of innovations which benefits our clients. Do you think the jury process was transparent? Yes, it was a credible jury that was completely transparent in its proceeding. What are the biggest challenges being a property management firm?
