He talks about Gulshan Homz Pvt Ltd and their activities down the road How do you feel after winning most enterprising CXO award from Realty Plus? Thank you so much for this honor. I feel humbled to receive this award from Realty Plus. I would like to thank the entire team of Gulshan Homz and my family for being my strength as always and Reality plus for recognizing the accomplishments of Gulshan Homz Pvt. Ltd. Has it raised the bar of expectation from you for the future? Yes of course, every award is precious to us and motivates us for future course of action. We are passionate about constructing marvels, so we know the trends and understand where the market and industry is headed. Market expectations had already amplified a bit in the past few days. Do you think the jury process was transparent? Since I haven’t yet had an opportunity to review the voluminous testimony but I trust the brand Reality plus and jury have taken unbiased judgments’ based on through R&D on developers and their projects. Going ahead, your group has also won CSR initiative of the year award; do CSR activities really make the difference? It’s true that too often; companies have viewed corporate social responsibility (CSR) as just another source of pressure or passing fad but for companies like us that see CSR as an opportunity to strengthen the society and as central to our overall strategies. The five priority areas are education of the underprivileged, our labors and employees, next generation, study and research, environmental conservation, community service, and culture and arts. One of the greatest benefits of social responsibility in the workplace is the positive environment we build for our employees;-The true value we receive from our ongoing initiatives is that of social good will – we believe that setting a good example is the greatest benefit in that we inspire other organizations, companies and individuals to help society especially underprivilaged, which in turn encourages further inspiration in the community leading to a more enlightened perspective on how to run ones business or lead one’s life.” What is the USP of your company? Gulshan Homz maintains the highest level of professionalism and emphasize on quality work. An organisation led by Gulshan Nagpal is well ahead of others in terms of quality and timely deliveries.
