And one more good thing we have highly experienced team of professionals. What transformation do you see in the buying pattern of people? Customers today are more aware of their rights. This is a positive aspect considering every buyer should be well informed before making one of the largest investments in their lifetime. Buyers also appreciate the amenities and are willing to pay a premium for the same. Today many customers are looking beyond just 4 walls. Is it true that Ambience Group has relentlessly been pursuing its motto of value to its customers which has paid off great dividends? Ambience Group in its quest to deliver quality and value for money to its customers has always delivered its projects on time, implemented latest technology, hired good architects and consultants. Our projects are crafted with contemporary designs making a bold modern statement. It is quite obvious that customers investing in a project with such standards will get good returns. What are the strategies to maintain customer satisfaction and quality construction of the company? Our basic strategy of customer satisfaction is timely delivery of our services and maintaining the high quality standards of material / products / fittings / fixtures put to use. We micro manage the project, right from the design and concept stage to daily execution. Through this strategy we keep control on the quality of the end product and the materials used on site. Businesses are nurtures by strong relationships, in your business how do you attain this goal? We truly understand the importance of having strong relationships with all the core consultants, contractors, govt. & semi govt. officers and various other eminent officials. We believe in giving independent freedom to all our consultants engaged in various domains of our real estate business. We have full faith in their capabilities and experiences in their respective domains and value their timely suggestions. However, we do make it a point to state out our vision and perspective while taking a final decision of all matters in consultation with them. How Ambience Group motivates their management to compete in this tough real estate sector? Our management team is dedicated to the principle of ‘Simple Living and High Thinking’. This approach inspires them to attain newer milestone; as a company we have created landmarks, logged hundreds of achievements and satisfied thousands of customers, but neither we nor our team believe in resting on these laurels. What are the trends observed in realty sector, any interesting take away? The few trends that I have observed this year are that the overall sentiment of the market is low. But sales have occurred in luxury realty. The market has seen consolidation of big brand developers and not only NRI customers but also local customers are opting for internet for seeking more information compared with traditional communication modes (sight-visits & telephone calls). Going ahead, today people are well informed and travelled. They have the knowledge of what they want and prefer. The lifestyle is much advanced today and mix of global taste. In order to cater to the refined tastes and interests of the updated Indians, the country’s leading developers of real estate sector have tied up with international designers for residential and commercial projects. Is there any message you would like to give to home buyers? Our message to the home buyers and investors especially interested in the Delhi and Gurgaon Real Estate Markets is to stay positive. These places have has always been a major markets bet for all the investors and genuine home buyers. We urge all the buyers to do a proper research of the developer in question before you enter into any sort of deal. Buyers should concentrate and zero down on the developers who deliver quality rather than quantity. It is always better to choose projects of renowned builders having reputation for delivering quality products, than falling prey to some petty freebies, as in the longer run the quality of construction will be much more valuable than the aesthetic aspect of any product. What are the future prospect and vision of Ambience Group? Ambience envisions is just to be simple and give good quality work to our customers.
