It is an honour and privilege to be recognized by the industry for hard work and commitment and creativity! Has it raised the bar of expectation from you for the future? We are a multi award winning firm since 2005! Every award encourages us to do better and better and certainly keep the morale high! There is no “high” higher than being recognised by ones peers! Do you think the jury process was transparent? We certainly believe so. What is the trend today? The Trend to go “Natural and Honest in Materials and Design” Approach is the biggest trend nowadays. How do you drive and motivate your team? By reminding them, that like cricketers, we are only as good as a last innings (=Project)! We need to go out every day and have fun at our work! Creativity is a habit and attitude and needs to be second skin to a designer’s persona! What has been the turning point of your career? Working with the best project Management teams like Cushman & Wakefield, CBRE, DTZ and JLL has been the big turn in our design approach and has allowed us to freely work towards design and allow them to guide on the management aspect! What is the USP of your company? We answer to the call “Creativity Counts” and somewhere down the line this is imbibed in every working should in our office! Its taken time to make design infectious and contagious! What is the advice you would like to give to upcoming and young developers? Simply this that whilst project management, engineering and services get taken care of by the engineers and managers, DESIGNS is the ONLY FRONTIER for excellence for a Designer / Architect! Do full justice to this privilege and in fact....be guardians for Good Design!
