For the last 10 years, I have been working with media & marketing communications, sales and recovery and HR admin. With a degree in Design and Management from Parsons, I have been constantly trying to bring a stronger sense of design development in the company, much required for the real estate industry. INNOVATION MARKETING We created a unique corporate film ”Aap aur Hum” about our brand story, legacy and growth using the emotions associated with home buying vs a statistical display of facts of our projects. The movie shot across various ongoing projects showcases Goel Ganga Employees and real Customers and was promoted via Instagram influencer handles and Facebook. MOST SUCCESSFUL MARKETING CAMPAIGNS Actual hot air balloon at Ganga Platino Phase 1 site was a novel concept in Pune for a real estate project launch. It gave us sales of 50 luxury units in the first weekend of the launch. Ganga Aria project campaign ‘Aisa Mauka Aur Kaha Milega?’ was a success due to its interactive tagline that acted as a call to action to encourage the audience to buy homes. Healthier Side Of Bavdhan – campaign revolved around benefits of a natural lifestyle considering the huge private rainforest within project premises which created instant Buzz and for our first project in Bavdhan. Life Ko Banao Xtra Large campaign for Ganga Platino Phase III revolved around an Xtra Large upgrade of lifestyle in Kharadi to highlight maximum space utilization with best of specifications. Various competitors tried to duplicate it. Celebrating Her- Umbrella Campaign extended the stamp duty reduction to celebrate Womens Day in March for those booking the home in the name of their wife/mother/ sister/daughter/ daughter in law. Ganga Trueno project campaign ‘Designed for the Business Class’ was a pun on the word Business Class for this commercial project, being right next to the Pune airport, highlighting the connectivity and Business Life. SOCIAL INITIATIVE In the first two months of lockdown we collected minimum token amounts and gave the option to book only after the visit. This was much appreciated by all the stakeholders. I HAVE CONSTANTLY TRIED TO THINK OF OUT-OF-THE-BOX CAMPAIGNS WHEN IT COMES TO PROJECT LAUNCHES AND ADVERTISING AND ALSO INVESTING IN OUR OWN TRIBE AS AN INDIRECT SOURCE OF MARKETING.
