He has effectively handled all the Corporate Communications of the Group in teams of PR, advertisement & outdoor media and extended strategic inputs to the architects and designers With more than 28 years of experience he has successfully launched, marketed and sold approx. 3000 acres of integrated townships, 17 shopping malls in TDI & 8 Group housing projects and mega corporate office space in Indiabulls. He joined Emami Realty Ltd. In 2018 and successfully executed Retail, Commercial, Residential, Institutional & Multiplexes projects, adopting effective and result oriented strategies under highly competitive environment for sales promotion. NOVEL STRATEGIES & PRODUCTS I believe all the creativity and innovation that went into the development of market could be undone by the lack of originality in execution. With an aim to give personalized and unique experiences to consumers at the booking stage, we offered an innovative Experience Centre concept at Emami Nature in Jhansi. And within very short span of time, we are able to sell more than targeted inventories.
