In my current role, my responsibility is to establish the brand TREHAN IRIS as a leading developer of North and a serious entrant into retail sector having its first operational mall in Gurugram called Iris Broadway. I am currently working on the corporate website portraying Trehan’s legacy and a leading residential and retail developer. NOVEL STRATEGIES & PRODUCTS Our pre-launch Corporate Campaign for Trehan Iris Broadway is on with Outdoor activity at strategic locations. This has already created a buzz in the market with enquiries pouring in regarding forthcoming Mixed Use Project at Greater Noida (West). At Bhumika Realty we did a dipstick study and found that 90% of the customers were happy. Considering this post the first wave of pandemic we decided to do a testimonial campaign across Print, Outdoor, Radio and Digital and let the real customer be the brand spokesperson. The campaign fetched more than 25Cr of Sales in Udaipur between Oct-2020 to Jan 2021. SALES IS ALWAYS A CHALLENGE BECAUSE OF THE HIGH RISK INVOLVED IN COMMERCIAL & RETAIL VERTICALS OF ANY REALTY BUSINESS. ONE WAY TO TACKLE THIS IS TO LAUNCH INNOVATIVE CAMPAIGNS AND MAKE IT EQUALLY ASPIRATIONAL FOR THE PROSPECT BUYERS. MOST SUCCESSFUL CAMPAIGNS Urban Suites, Udaipur are exclusive 68 Luxury suites that were launched for the moving traffic and investors. The campaign involved Media Vehicles – Print (Dainik Bhaskar & Rajasthan Patrika), Outdoor, Radio, BTL and Digital. Price band - Rs. 34 Lakhs onwards with assured rentals of 8%. Response was very positive. In just 2 months more than 25 Units were sold worth 1 Cr. CAREER MILESTONES Making Bhumika Realty a Realty brand in North especially in Rajasthan with their maiden project – Urban Square, the largest retail & hospitality, mixed use development. Representation of Bhumika Group in UAE India Economic Forum Summit in 2019 as the only real estate organization from India and during Lok Sabha 2014 election, got their first maiden TVC and across channels thus helping the upliftment of brand imagery.
