I am a Strategic marketing professional with 18+ years of experience for sustainable growth of business and profitability in various businesses ranging from 1000 to 8500 Crores. I have been associated with Hero since past 3 years and lead product management, CRM, strategizing communication cycle, social media strategy, lead management, turnkey solution and cross functional management. NOVEL STRATEGIES & PRODUCTS I initiated the concept of 360° view of sample home that customers can visit digitally. The walkthrough 3D modelling video of entire township of Mohali, Gurugram shows customers how the township will look like once it is complete. We introduced Home clinic, first-of-its-kind program that encourages residents to be both mentor and student of any life skill by organising various activities to bring residents together. This concept helps us in giving referrals. MOST SUCCESSFUL MARKETING CAMPAIGNS Reviving of market share in Punjab, Haryana and Himachal Pradesh at Indian Express. Expanded the brand dealership network from 150 to 500 outlets in 5 years and established 3S facility for India, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh at JCB India Ltd. I HAVE DEVELOPED A DIGITAL MARKETING STRATEGY ON THE USAGE OF CORRECT DIGITAL TOOLS /MEDIUM TO CONNECT WITH PROSPECTS. Led the launch of Radial tires at Pan India level through a mix of National Launch, Parallel Launch and Road Show at Continental. Introduced the concept of low budget BTL activity to reach out to maximum end consumers, along with the concept of Branded CVT store at Continental. At Hero Homes, introduced marketing campaigns like WOW, WISH for Gurugram, stupendously successful campaign for Mohali –‘India kaa future yahan rahega’ and launch of this project’s Phase 2 with campaign ‘Life of Bliss’. SOCIAL INITIATIVES • World of Wellness campaign promotes social, mental and physical wellness for the residents in our project. • Home clinic encourages residents to build a community and be both mentor and student of any life skill, creating a unique cycle of continuous enrichment for years to come. NOTABLE ACHIEVEMENTS In Gurugram, I launched the project with theme World of Wellness resulting in 600 apartments bookings in 3months. Till date 85 % of inventory is already sold off. In Haridwar, I launched plots named Ganga Greens and within a quarter, were able to sell 75% of the total launched plots.
