I have 18 years of experience involving Corporate Communication. In 2005 I joined Raheja Developers Limited where I have developed and implemented comprehensive and effective objectives in a sustainable manner. This includes portfolio segmentation, communication plans and strategic brand initiatives for diversified portfolio. I have helped in developing brand identity and related positioning brand building initiatives including branding, media planning, advertising, film production, brochures, campaign material, organizing press lead generation through digital media, outdoor advertising & website marketing mix for the brand to meet market share. MOST SUCCESSFUL MARKETING CAMPAIGNS When everyone was down with the negative news all around, we planned to shake them up. The importance of bigger space, safer and cleaner environment had to be communicated. So, we came up with this novel idea of telling people to ‘Move up in life’. We decided to design the campaign to ask people to look for bigger spaces (from 2 BHK to 3 BHK, from villas to farmhouses) and low-density projects. The idea was to highlight the COVID protocols, and make people realize that they will not miss life if they chose projects at Raheja. MY JOB STARTS BEFORE THE LAUNCH OF ANY PROJECT AS OVERALL STRATEGIC PLANNING HAS TO BE DESIGNED. THEN COMES THE COORDINATION WITH DESIGNING, REPUTATION MANAGEMENT AND OUTDOOR AGENCIES. WHEN EVERYTHING IS GOING ONLINE, WE ACTIVELY UTILIZE THE VARIOUS PLATFORMS FOR LEAD GENERATION FOR MAXIMUM BENEFIT. Since the time, the campaign was introduced two months back, we have received 10,000 inquiries for our projects; the numbers are significant as this was the time when lockdown was in place. The deal closure is also moving at a decent pace, indicating that we have struck a chord with the buyers’ sentiment. SOCIAL INITIATIVE I am also the CEO of company’s Slum redevelopment projects. Under this project, we interact with the people of the slums and devise methods that could help them understand the importance of our efforts to get a clean and hygienic life. We have been actively working in Kathputli colony, Delhi's first in-situ redevelopment project. The plan is to provide clean and well-planned units together with adequate social infrastructure to its residents including residential units, community spaces, heritage museum, an amphitheatre, retail outlets, children's park etc.
