BE THE CATALYST OF CHANGE
I have an experience of more than 15 years and am currently spearheading entire communication for a rapidly expanding real estate portfolio, both residential and commercial for M3M. My responsibilities include ensuring technology first approach in the post Covid world, planning campaigns for robust sales and to augment the image of the company. Robust communication going out to all stakeholders instils their confidence in the company and project. Our strategic, customer focused campaigns even at the difficult time of the pandemic have truly made us gain the trust of all the stakeholders involved. NOVEL STRATEGIES &PRODUCTS M3M Group in association with PYP introduced a campaign called ‘Port Your Property’ under which buyers, who have already invested finances in stuck real estate projects, could switch/ upgrade to an M3M property. The stuck amount invested in the project was adjusted against the actual cost of the M3M property. Buyers could opt for the new project across the entire M3M portfolio, be it residential or commercial; ready-to- move- in or under- construction. The initiative underscores our commitment to customer- centricity as our priority and we got over 15,000 enquires as an immediate response to the campaign, helping us achieve Rs 2500 crores in the period between April-December 2020. EACH CAMPAIGN IS THOUGHT THROUGH BY ALL PILLARSMARKETING, SALES AND CRM ON HOW WE CAN BEST ADDRESS THE CUSTOMER NEED. WHEN THERE IS A STRONG PROPOSITION, IT SHOULD REACH THE TARGET AUDIENCE THROUGH ALL RELEVANT MEDIUMS HENCE WE DO A JUDICIOUS MIX OF ATL, BTL AND NEW AGE/ EXPERIENTIAL MARKETING. CAREER MILESTONES During my career, I had the good fortune of curating and executing prestigious events for HNIs based in Gurugram which includes Asia Pacific Golf tournament in DLF Golf and Country Club. Then there is the significant event organized on M3M’s 10 years completion and the ones on humanitarian grounds like the opening of biggest Covid Care centre during the peak of the pandemic, M3M Foundation in collaboration with Indian Air Force, Medanta. SOCIAL IMPACT I have been directly involved in Vriksharpan- tree plantation exercise along with our residents in Gurugram and food donation drive during the pandemic. Probably the biggest and most significant initiative has been partnering with Medanta Hospital to establish a COVID-19 care centre with 400 beds in Gurugram, Haryana (April2021).
