My current role encapsulates four core verticals, Brand and Communications, Digital Marketing, Pre-Sales and Public Relations. I have worked on both the levels of the spectrum, right from UHNIs for luxury portfolio to value homes activating two distinct marketing strategies; former with value-driven goals, exclusive marketing platforms, personalized forums, and selective strategic outreach, and latter; with volume-driven goals, mass outreach programs increased market penetration, and wider brand footprints. The Brand & Communication strategy takes care of 360 degrees ATL campaigns activated via OOH, print ads, radio, conceptualization, and creation of brand assets and collaterals right from identity crafting, positioning to channel and direct consumer activations POS support coupled with high power wide footprint BTL activations on the ground. Through digital marketing, we build branding/ awareness generation via websites, content, native articles, and social media along with lead generation campaigns via Google (search and display), Facebook, Linkedin, and Instagram. This vertical takes care of SEO/SEM and programmatic/remarketing campaigns. The PR vertical with robust support of an in-house call centre ensures a response mechanism to the leads generated via digital marketing or any Call to Action by a customer for any inquiry generated via any medium and online reputation management, social media response, etc. I HAVE HANDLED MORE THAN 45 LAUNCHES FROM SCRATCH IN MUMBAI AND NCR INCLUDING HIGHEST RECORD TRANSACTION OF YEAR IN INDIA FOR APARTMENT SALE (110 CR FOR AN APARTMENT AT LODHA ALTAMOUNT) – WHICH WAS ACHIEVED BY A NEVER-SEEN-BEFORE GOTO-MARKET STRATEGY AND STRATEGIC PR. CAREER ACHIEVEMENTS I have set up Digital and Presales verticals from scratch in many organisations and increased conversion ratio Direct versus Channel to 30:70 from 10:90 – indicative of brand pull and marketing efforts. Implemented CRM (Salesforce) across multiple functions: Marketing, CS, Sales right from the scratch increasing operational efficiencies in TAT for customer enquiries, escalations and feedback, Sales and Post sales service. As custodian of CSAT score, I was instrumental in taking CSAT to an all-time average of 4. Introduced Marketing Cloud based customer journeys and Einstein implementation for ensuring marketing campaigns efficacy. I have also brought many brand alliances to the table with multiple product differentiation strategies – Celebrity Homes at Lodha (alliances with celebrities like Mahesh Bhupathi, Lara Dutta, Manish Malhotra and Karisma Kapoor), Kelly Hoppen (British Designer) and many more.
