When I had joined Colliers in 2015, the organization was building a dedicated marketing team to lead our strategies in India. I have invested in creating some of the leading platforms for the brands in India, be it for PR, social media platforms, lead generation, events, and most recently, a robust and dynamic virtual platform to cater to the evolving MARCOM requirements of the business due to COVID 19. NOVEL/INNOVATIVE MARKETING STRATEGIES Through our innovative marketing campaigns, we have achieved the following: • A 20% growth in our talent lead generation campaigns. • Positioned Colliers as an aspirational brand amongst the competition and future talent. • Initiated a unique campaign, 'People Stories', where we are creating a repository of motivational stories of our young talent and how they identify with Colliers' brand. These stories are being streamed and marketed through our YouTube platform. • Become the only IPC that runs a robust Podcast series positioning key leaders and generating leads for their business. MY STRATEGIC VISION FROM A MARKETING STANDPOINT IS TO ENSURE THAT WE SUPPORT AND EMPOWER THE BRAND MOST SUCCESSFUL MARKETING CAMPAIGNS See What Could Be campaign: This is a global campaign for Colliers that has been localized in India to generate business and talent leads for our team. Own the Blue campaign- Colliers recently launched a new brand identity. We ensured that the entire local team in India was on-boarded to this new visual launch and created a local ‘Own the Blue’ campaign to spread the blue- Colliers’ primary color. Road to accelerating success campaign- This is an internal program for our senior leaders to empower them with business management techniques to accelerate their success. SOCIAL INITIATIVES I was instrumental in marketing our state-of-the-art workplace in Bengaluru. The global team of Colliers published a case study on this in our Impact ESG report. Post Covid relaxations, we led 'Out for Good' program communications. Volunteers from our organization visited local NGOs to do what's right for our community. I led a month-long campaign on International Women's day, publishing over 15 stories on our social media platforms based on #ChooseToChallenge. We also partnere with our Real Estate Management Services (REMS) team to promote a key pledge that we have taken to be Net-Zero by 2050.
