COVIE, a new age co-living startup, started by two experienced entrepreneurs in real estate, Swapnali Bhosale Kadam & Abhishek Kumar, has launched 3 new properties – two in Bengaluru and one in Pune. COVIE Yelahanka & Bannerghatta are in Bengaluru and Viman Nagar is in Pune. The properties offer accommodations in different configurations like single and double occupancy rooms, studio rooms and 1 & 2 BHK units to suit various requirements. It offers convenience & comfort of a home like stay. As compared to rental options, users get the advantage of easy sign-up, short lock-in period and minimal deposit.Resident safety is our prime importance. It has invested in multiple levels of security measures starting from an App-based access control system to IOT enabled digital locks. Covid safety norms are strictly followed across each property. Special attention is paid to maintain high standards of hygiene throughout the properties.The properties have well-ventilated rooms with ample natural light and are furnished with premium quality modern style furnitures. Residents can enjoy in-house amenities like Gym & Yoga Rooms, Cafeteria, Pantry, Laundry, Lounge and Reading Rooms as additional social spaces to unwind themselves. The properties are also provided with high-speed Wifi along with individual workstation and meeting rooms to cater to Work from Home requirement. The Yelahanka location is designated as student living for men only, while the Bannerghatta and Viman Nagar locations are co-living spaces designed for men, women and couples.
