In West Bengal, the businesses and government works at a different pace than maybe in Mumbai, Delhi or Bengaluru. The national level developers sometime find that a challenge. Real estate is a very regional segment that needs thorough understanding of the work culture and the lifestyle of the place. The formula for success for realty developers is efficiency and nothing else.
