Spenta Corporation has announced their partnership with Xanadu. This partnership is to help boost the marketing and sales strategy for their recently launched residential project, Countdown X and their flagship project Altavista. Both these premium, mid-segment projects are located in the hub of Central Mumbai, Chembur. Spenta Corporation aims to clock a business of Rs 500 crore in the upcoming quarters with Xanadu Realty.
