New trends suggest that buyers give high preference to water, security as key factors while buying homes. In Gurugram, nearly 77% buyers search for homes with rainwater harvesting, considering the water issues some societies face, according to a recent Magicbricks report. On the other hand, people are not ready to wait long for their homes so they are scouting for ready-to-move-in homes more than under construction ones. Over 70% of consumers were looking for ready to move in properties across states.
