Sunteck Realty to come up with housing project in Naigaon

Real Estate developer Sunteck Realty Ltd. plans to build a residential project in Naigaon, Mumbai with and investment of more than Rs. 3,000 crore. Sunteck Realty said that it will develop the complex on 100 acres, in a joint venture with local landowners. The project will be completed in five to six years' time. The apartments are pricedat Rs 35 lakh for 1BHK and Rs 45 lakhfor 2BHK flats.The project is expected to generate a revenue of over Rs 5,500 crore. The project will offer many luxury amenities including club houses and swimming pools.
