The Supreme Court ordered NBCC India to float tenders to know the construction cost of projects of Amrapali Group falling under the Category A and B.
Architects of Amrapali have been directed to cooperation with NBCC in the matter.
The apex court also ordered Amrapali to inform about its total dues to Noida and Greater Noida authority.
During the hearing, it was informed that particulars of three existing directors of Amrapali Group have still not been filed. The details of former directors have also not been filed.
The SC then ordered that the names and assets details of all these directors be filed for both existing and former directors.
The Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) has sought for original documents/sanction plans of all the projects along with their valuation. The directors of Amrapali Group have been directed to be present before DRT with all documents on each and every date.
The DRT will also decide claims in relation to encumbered properties of the company as the list given by Amrapali are not factually correct.
