Hospitality firm Sarovar Hotels & Resorts has signed two properties under its mid-scale brand Sarovar Portico as part of the expansion plans and the firm expects them to be operational by July.

The company manages and franchises over 72 operational hotels in 48 destinations in India and overseas.
Sarovar Hotels & Resorts Executive Director Ajay K Bakaya said: "We are focussing on our expansion plans and the signing of these two properties will boost the company's strategic efforts to expand our brands even further across the region."
“The group has signed an 81 room property at Kapashera in New Delhi and a 43 room hotel at Palampur in Himachal Pradesh,” reported by PTI.
"Through our recognised brands, we aim to offer value for money accommodation and superior hospitality to today's travellers," Bakaya said.
Both the hotels are expected to be operational by July, it added.
