Phase II of Ruparel Optima, with a total of 40 storeys will offer 1 BHK furnished apartments at INR 53 lakhs wherein customers can also avail the benefits of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna (PMAY).The project is entirely RERA compliant. Their luxury property, Ruparel Palacio comprises 2 and 3 BHK apartments and prices starts from INR 1.73 Cr and INR 2 Cr onwards respectively.
In order to lure the homebuyers, Ruparel realty is offering special payment plans for the project. Ruparel Optima can be booked by paying only Rs 1,00,000 where as Ruparel Palacio can be booked by paying only 1% of the value of the apartment at the time of booking, also buyers will get iphoneX on registration. Additionally, customers can avail 5gm gold voucher on payments made on swiping credit or debit cards.
