Rajiv Parikh elected as CREDAI Maharashtra’s new President
Rajiv Parikh was unanimously elected as the new President of CREDAI Maharashtra for the term of 2019-21. He will resume the office from 1st of April 2019.

Rajiv Parikh was unanimously elected as the new President of CREDAI Maharashtra for the term of 2019-21. He will resume the office from 1st of April 2019.
He was elected in the presence of CREDAI National Chairman Geetamber Anand, CREDAI National President Elect Satish Magar, CREDAI National President Jaxay Shah, CREDAI Maharashtra President Shantilal Kataria along with CREDAI members from 51 cities.
The elections for Vice Presidential post for the term of 2019-21 were also held. Accordingly, a state committee was announced. Sunil Furde (Solapur), Mahesh Sadhvani (Nagpur), Rasik Chowhan (Navi Mumbai), Shrikant Paranjape (Pune), Prafulla Taware (Baramati) and Ravi Wattamwar (Aurangabad) were elected as Vice Presidents. Sunil Kotwal (Nasik) was elected as the Secretary while Girish Raibage (Kolhapur) was elected as the Treasurer. Anish Shah (Jalgaon), Mahesh Yadav (Kolhapur), Deepak Modi (Malegaon) and Vikas Lagu (Sangli) were elected as the Joint Secretary while Shailesh Wankhede (Amravati) elected as President of State Advisory Committee.
“The committee will focus on good governance, better co-ordination, zero-delay policy, use of modern construction technology to reduce the cost of construction and increasing the profitability. Apart from this, I will work to provide proper guidance on plotting, skill development and tax reforms and similar points top mu fellow realtors, expressed Parikh, the newly appointed President.
The organization has been working for many years to communicate the problems faced by the construction sector to the government and to find solutions to it, he added.
