Pimpri Chinchwad development body to build over 14,500 low-cost flats
The Pimpri Chinchwad New Township Development Authority (PCNTDA) will construct 14,656 low-cost flats in two years.

The Pimpri Chinchwad New Township Development Authority (PCNTDA) will construct 14,656 low-cost flats in two years.
“We have built 11,500 flats so far, and plan to construct another 14,656 in two years to break this record. We have allotted work orders for the construction of 6,000 of these flats,” PCNTDA president Sadashiv Khade said.
“We will hold a ground breaking ceremony for the construction of 5,000 flats in December, in the presence of chief minster Devendra Fadnavis,” he added.
“The long term goal of PCNTDA is to make its limits slum free. There are nine slums in our limits. We want to implement slum rehabilitation projects there,” he added.
