Peninsula Land, part of the Ashok Piramal Group, will invest Rs 160 crore in the second phase of its resdential project-One Central Park project situated in Gahunje, Pune.
Rajeev Piramal, vice chairman & managing director of the company said, “We plan to invest a further Rs 160 crore in developing 600 apartments in the second phase.”
The project is designed by renowned architect Hafeez Contractor.
The company has tied-up with Home Capital to provide home buyers interest free loan on stamp duty & registration.
