Ola Confirms Largest Post Covid Office Space Deal

Ola Technologies is leasing 4.25 lakh square feet of office space in Bengaluru as part of its efforts to consolidate all its city offices in one place. The new lease which would allow Ola to locate 4000-5000 employees in one complex shall come up at the Prestige Startech complex in Koramangala. At present the mobility giant leases 6-7 office spaces spread around Bengaluru city. Ola's existing businesses including mobility, financial services and the upcoming electric mobility businesses will all be located in the same complex currently being leased. The mobility giant will save costs by bringing together its multiple office locations into a single complex. The company had recently reduced its staff strength by 5-8% owing to Covid-19 related difficulties.
