Realty developer Oberoi Realty has reported nearly 42% on-year rise in consolidated net profit at Rs 120.19 crore for the quarter ended December. Total income for the quarter also rose 36% to Rs 360.36 crore, the company said in a regulatory filing. The company’s revenue from real estate operations rose 47% to Rs 320.83 crore during the quarter. Revenue from hospitality also rose 2.3% from a year ago to Rs 35.37 crore.
