The Telangana State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (TSCDRC) has issued a non-bailable warrant (NBW) against the MD of Aditya Constructions, Rajesh Pagadala, for his failure to deliver flats after collecting money from customers as well as failing to implement the order of the Commission.
The Commission bench comprising president Justice MSK Jaiswal and member K Ramesh gave this direction to the police and asked it to produce Rajesh Pagadala before the Commission on March 15.
The bench passed this order after hearing separate pleas by M Srinivas and two others.
Though the Commission had declared the non-delivery of flats to customers as deficient service and ordered the refund of money, the construction firm failed to deliver the flats, nor did it refund the money.
