The Noida Authority is all set to allot 442 residential plots in different sectors in Noida this month. The plots will be allotted as per respective circle rates and the scheme is likely to be the last residential one as Noida has no more land bank.
According to sources, those interested can apply from November 13 to 28. The tender for the same has already been issued after the Authority conducted survey of its vacant plots in different sectors last week.
The plots are located in sectors 12, 31, 33, 39, 47, 48, 49, 51, 52, 55, 70, 72, 99, 100, 105, 122 and 93-B. There are 264 plots measuring up to 200 square metres and 178 plots measuring over 200 square metres. Some plots have been reserved for members of the Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe, Noida Authority employees, farmers whose land have been acquired, etc.
The officials said Noida Authority will also hold meetings on November 19 and 24 at Indira Gandhi Kala Kendra, Sector 6, to clarify the investors’ issues and doubts, if any. “The officials will clarify the doubts and also inform about the bidding process,” said an official.
J P Uppal, president, Sector 36 RWA, said it was a welcome move. “The vacant plots are filled with garbage and jungles. Some unwanted elements also create nuisance at such spots. The allotment and development of the area will surely be good,” he said.
