More than 1000 people visited the CREDAI- SBI Double Assurance Realty Expo 2020

The CREDAI-SBI Double Assurance Realty Expo 2020 held at the SBI Head office, saw more than 1000 prospective home buyers from different parts of the city walking in to the expo to see all property options displayed exclusively by CREDAI developers along with the financial support of SBI. All properties at the expo were RERA approved. Properties of different range were also presented at the Expo for the customers to select from. The projects includes apartments, villas, plots and other assets class such as Senior Living. Three day Expo concluded on February 16, 2020. At the expo, SBI announced offers and benefits like lowest ever home loan interest rates at 7.90%, waiving off processing fee on home loans and interest rate subsidy up to Rs.2.68 lacs under PMAY-CLSS. Bengaluru, being the most preferred residential property market in South India see huge demand from the IT, ITeS and startup firms. The city is seeing growth in terms of residential real estate as the prices are stagnant. Buyers are keen to invest in the credible builders and the offers by SBI are an added benefit to the buyers. Commenting on the expo Kishore Jain, President, CREDAI Bengaluru said “CREDAI expos always garners good demand from the prospective home buyers compared to any other expo is the city. This expo is mainly aimed at giving exposure to the buyers and sellers. Here home buyers can access to details on properties spread across Bangalore from different buyers.” Speaking on the success of the Expo Mr. S Faisal Rizvi, Chairman, CREDAI Bengaluru Expo Committee, said “Over the years, our Expo have grown in popularity and there is a huge demand from the buyers and that gives us lots of confidence to continue organizing realty expos. The association with SBI to organize this expo has made it a bigger success this year.”
