Mindspace, Receives British Safety Council’s Five Star Rating Certificate

Mindspace, commercial business parks from the K Raheja Corp stable, have received the British Safety Council’s Five Star Rating across multiple locations. The British Safety Council’s Five Star Rating is the most comprehensive, quantified audit process, and a benchmark of highest standard of Occupational Health and Safety performance. It is also regarded as over and above the ISO 45001 and the current OHSMS standard requirements. The Business Parks received the certification in the locations of Mindspace - Hyderabad; Mindspace at Airoli in Mumbai Metropolitan Region and Commerzone at Pune. The certification has been granted after undertaking a detailed, quantified and critical evaluation of the occupational health and safety management system of the projects, the audit measured Company’s performance against crucial safety management indicators. On a scale of 100, each of the 3 business parks secured 92% marks in the audit which is a testimony to their implementation of best sustainable practices and commitment to the Green Building movement in India. The Five Star Audit process involves an in-depth examination of an organization's entire health and safety management system(s) and associated arrangements. British Safety Council has developed a unique Five Star Audit model for this certification by utilizing extensive worldwide industry experience and acknowledging aspects of internationally recognized occupational health and safety management systems and standards. This recognition qualifies K Raheja Corp to participate at the prestigious ‘The Sword of Honour 2019 Awards.’ The Award celebrates and rewards the organizations across the globe that have reached the pinnacle of health, safety and environmental management.
