Bengaluru is expected to be the most favoured property investment destination for NRIs, followed by other cities. It is important that developers work on creating a Happy City – one that creates a favourable environment for residence and employment, on a large scale, to ensure that return on investments as well as demand remains constant. There are several ways to do that and this forum of the NAR-India 10th Annual Convention is one such where multi-stakeholders can get together and discuss how this goal can be achieved”.
