Maha Metro surveys properties located on two routes

The Maharashtra Metro Rail Corporation (Maha Metro) said it has initiated a baseline survey of properties, including homes, slums and shops, which will be demolished since they fall on Metro route. As many as 688 properties have been identified at various locations so far. Of these, Maha Metro officials have surveyed 396 properties and there is a plan to complete the survey of the remaining properties in the next one month. During their visits, Maha Metro officials are seeking details of the properties, their owners, family members and their economic background.
