The stringent National Security Act (NSA) will be slapped on house owners exerting pressure on doctors and healthcare workers to vacate their rented premises over coronavirus scare, police said on Saturday. The move comes in the wake of several reports of medicos being ostracised in Delhi and Rajasthan. NSA allows preventive detention for months, if authorities are satisfied that a person is a threat to national security or law and order.
