JLL launches comprehensive real estate developer solution platform

JLL India announced the launch of an innovative and path-breaking service, Developer Solutions - a horizontal platform geared to service the multiple requirements of the real estate developer community across their lifecycle. The platform will be led by Siva Krishnan, who re-joins JLL India as the Managing Director, Developer Solutions.In his previous role, Siva was the Senior Executive Director at CBRE and part of the India leadership team, a JLL statement said. Developer Solutions is JLL's pioneering effort to create a comprehensive real estate services unit, providing developers with a multi-speciality pan-India solutions development team, thereby minimising the need to reach out to multiple service providers or separate teams –and seen for the first time within Indian Real Estate. The formation of this unified platform includes creation of a new SBU - Developer Initiatives, combined with JLL’s highly in-demand Land Services and Strategic Consulting practices, all of which will be brought together under a single platform.
