On Wednesday, Jindal Mectec and kinspan announced formation of a joint venture (JV) in India. Kinspan holds 51% stake in the venture. The joint venture would try to capture the modern methods of construction in India, relating to warehouses, cold storages, high rise buildings, airport roofs etc.

The joint venture is supposed to make profits as the government's UDAN scheme will bring more construction of airports in the Nation. Also the venture is prepared to capture the growth in modern construction in India. The JV is also prepared to cover Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Bhutan.
