Property management and real estate advisory firm Indiassetz, which started operations in Hyderabad, has drawn up an expansion plan that will take it to three more cities in the country and open an office in Dubai too.
CEO Shivam Sinha said the firm, which offers to High Networth Individuals (HNIs) and NRIs a range of services pertaining to their real estate, is headquartered in Bengaluru and has a presence in Chennai and Hyderabad.
It has a customer base of 3,000 with the Assets under Management (AUM) of around ?2,500 crore.
Stating that it crossed the ?500 crore AUM mark in Hyderabad, he said the company was expecting a 30% year-on-year growth.
Hyderabad, he said, is one of India’s most important investment destinations. It has well-established HNI & NRI property market and real estate investments are expected to grow rapidly resulting in better prospects for our business.
Mr. Sinha, who accompanied by COO Seema Harsha and Director Business Strategy (AP and Telangana) Siddharth Shah, spoke to the media saying that the firm planned to open an office in Mumbai, Pune and the National Capital Region (NCR).
It was also keen on having offices in Dubai, Singapore, US, and Europe, beginning with the facility in Dubai next month.
