Indiabulls Housing Finance Net Profit Rises 101.54%

Net profit of Indiabulls Housing Finance rose 101.54% to Rs 276.23 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 137.06 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020. Sales declined 19.60% to Rs 2371.71 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 2950.04 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020. For the full year, net profit declined 45.38% to Rs 1201.59 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 2199.80 crore during the previous year ended March 2020. Sales declined 24.89% to Rs 9927.42 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 13216.44 crore during the previous year ended March 2020.
