Incuspaze, a chain of premium enterprise-managed office spaces and co-working spaces, is all set to accelerate its growth domestically with new centers planned in Kochi, Trivandrum, Ahmedabad, Noida, and more. Despite the challenges brought about by the Covid-19 pandemic, the managed workspace provider has been operating at 100 percent permitted occupancy at most of their centers.
Given the current practice of downsizing headquarters, many small, medium, and large enterprises have been operating out of managed and flexible workspaces, especially in tier 2 and tier 3 cities.
Incuspaze is Kerala's largest co-working space operator, with two fully functional spaces in Kochi and one in Trivandrum. The brand is now kickstarting Phase 2 expansion in the state due to the high demand, with two more centers in Kochi and one in Trivandrum. The new centers will have a 1000-seater capacity and will cover approximately 50 thousand square feet. Similarly, Ahmedabad & Jaipur will soon see a new Incuspaze Centre with a 1000 seat capacity covering 40 thousand square feet in area. Recently Incuspaze Customized a Centre for Credgenics in Noida, covering workspace for 200 employees and for Byjus in Ahmedabad and Lucknow covering workspace for 800 employees.
Sanjay Choudhary, Founder and CEO at Incupaze, said, "There has been an overwhelming rise in demand for managed workspaces in India from large enterprises post the pandemic. Given the transition to a hybrid model, most organizations prefer that their employees operate out of smaller city-based offices rather than from the headquarters. In a recent trend, we witnessed large corporations downsizing their HQ by almost 30%-40% and are spreading out their office portfolio in Tier 2 & 3 locations where the majority of their existing and future work force comes from. Since our inception, Incuspaze has been offering the best-in-class office management solutions to our large enterprise clientele. Our understanding of the demography-based needs of both employees and employers are key drivers for our growth strategy. We have received a tremendous response from our clientele in Kerala, Gujarat, and NCR, which has further inspired the rampant expansion spree that we are on."
Sanjay Chatrath, Managing Partner India at Incuspaze, said, "We at Incuspaze are aligned with the needs of enterprises operating across industries and thus offer unparalleled services at our managed workspaces at every location. Over the next 5 to 6 months, our vision is to grow our footprint by half a million square feet across target cities. While the pandemic was a setback to the industry, the demand has picked up over the last few months. If the industry continues to grow at this trajectory, we will further ramp up our growth strategy with the hope that the office absorption level will bounce back to pre-covid levels by 2022."
