HDFC has filed an application in the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) for permission to sell office space at the Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) in Mumbai, which was lying unutilised and had been mortgaged to the housing finance major by Jet Airways for Rs 400 crore.
The NCLT wants to consider whether there are any parties who have submitted an expression of interest and whether the resolution professional (RP) of Jet Airways has found these acceptable or compliant.
The RP has to to file a report on September 20, when the matter would be heard next.
